April 26, 2013 it was just a normal night for the patients at the Psychiatric Hospital No. 14, but at 2:00 am flames started busing out of the 73 year old hospital. it was a terrible tragedy for there was nothing the firefighters could do. 36 people died most, reported from the neighbors next door, where burned alive. it is a sad thing and the doters, nurse, and patients will be missed.
